Corrective feedback is the most important aspect of creative improvement
When you know what needs to change, you know what needs improvement. Being told you did x well does not tell you what needs to change; just what you need to keep doing. It does not identify mistakes to correct. Improvement stems from minimizing mistakes and that should come from corrective feedback because, if it's constructive, it provides solutions to your mistakes.
